SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Jessaox. The following information outlines the terms and conditions and shipping policies for Jessaox, owned by Jessica Oxley.

1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

1.1 - Upon successful purchase or your order you will receive an email receipt to confirm your order. Please retain this email as proof of purchase.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

2.1 - Processing time refers to the time it takes for your order to be made by hand and prepared for shipment to its destination.

2.2 - After your payment has been processed, your order will commence production. Your order can take between 1-5 business days to complete. Jessaox will contact you should there be any unforeseen delays.

3. SHIPMENT LOCATIONS

3.1 - Jessaox ships worldwide using Australia Post postal services.

3.2 - International shipping is processed through the Australia Post International Standard service. This service includes email tracking. If you have any questions regarding international shipping please contact Jessica Oxley on jessa.oxley@gmail.com or visit the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/business/shipping/international-shipping/international-standard for further information.

3.3 - Domestic shipping is processed through Australia Post Standard service which includes email tracking. If you have any questions relating to Domestic shipping within Australia, please contact Jessica Oxley at jessa.oxley@gmail.com or visit the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/parcel-post for further information.

3.4 - Shipping for Sticker orders. Orders for stickers will be sent through Australia Post’s standard letter mailing service for both Domestic and International. This service does not include tracking of any sort. If you would like to add email tracking to your order, please contact Jessaox to include this add on. Additional shipping charges will apply.

4. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

4.1 - Shipping rates and charges will be calculated at the time of checkout and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 - Jessaox values quick production times, although, as Jessaox is a small handmade business some delays may occur during peak periods or for unforeseen circumstances. If there should be a delay during production of your order Jessaox will notify you as soon as possible. Typical production time is 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4.3 - Delivery times are estimates only and will begin from the date of shipping lodgment, and not the date of order placement. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the terms and conditions of Australia Post. Estimated arrival dates cannot be guaranteed and delays may occur due to reasons beyond our immediate control.

4.4 - The Australia Post Domestic Standard Shipping estimated time frame is between 2 – 6 business days depending on lodgment and destination points. Delays due to COVID-19 may significantly impact your delivery estimate.

4.5 - The Australia Post International Standard Shipping estimated time frame is 6+ business days depending on lodgment and destination points. To be cautious, please allow 1-6 weeks for International shipping. Delays due to COVID-19 may significantly impact your delivery estimate.

4.6 - Jessaox does not offer Next Day Delivery services.

4.7 - Jessaox does not offer an In-store Pickup service.

4.8 - Jessaox does not offer Express Shipping as standard. If you would like to request this, please contact Jessaox at the time of order placement. Additional charges will apply.

4.9 - Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holiday and public holiday periods.

4.10 - If you have ordered multiple items, these may be sent in separate shipments. Jessaox will notify you if there will be additional shipping charges before shipping the orders.

4.11 - Jessaox will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping address details if you provide incorrect address information. If you have made a mistake within the provided information, please contact Jessaox as soon as possible to rectify.

4.12 - Jessaox will not be held responsible for International Customs, Duties and Taxes incurred.

5. TRACKING OPTIONS

5.1 - Jessaox values transparency and visibility throughout the shipping process, all Standard level deliveries will include email tracking. Exceptions apply to sticker orders which are posted in the regular letter postal service through Australia Post. If you would like tracking on your sticker order, please contact Jessaox to arrange. Additional costs will apply.    

6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (INCLUDING VAT)

6.1 - All international orders shipped outside of Australian borders are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes (Including VAT) of the destination country. These charges may be applied once your order reaches the destination country. Delays may occur if your order has been selected and held by your country’s Customs department. Jessaox will not be held responsible for any charges, fees and taxes (Including VAT) applied to your shipment. Jessaox has no control whatsoever over the Customs selection process or any additional fees, charges, and taxes (Including VAT) incurred with the delivery and importation into your country.

6.2 - All fees, charges and taxes imposed by your country during and after the delivery are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any concerns about International Customs, Duties and Taxes, please refer to your Customs Department within your Country.

7. LOST AND DAMAGED ORDERS DURING SHIPMENT

7.1 - Every effort is made prior to delivery to ensure that your order arrives safely and in the same condition it left its destination. Jessaox will not be held responsible for damage to the order during transit.  

7.2 - If your order arrives damaged, please contact Jessaox immediately along with photographic evidence of the damage occurred. Jessaox will investigate the issue and discuss a suitable resolution with you.

7.3 - If your order is lost during transit, please contact Jessaox to discuss a suitable resolution. Please be mindful of current economic circumstances, shipping delays and unforeseen circumstances. Jessaox politely requests that customers check their property for hidden or forgotten packages prior to enquiry.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

8.1 - Jessaox accepts returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If the return, refund, or exchange has been approved by Jessaox, the order will need to be shipped back to Jessaox in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

8.2 - Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A refund will be processed once the order has been received by Jessaox.

8.3 - Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be honored for change of mind reasons.

8.4 - The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Jessaox cannot accept returns for:

    1. Custom or personalised orders
    2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    3. Digital downloads
    4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    5. Items on sale
